This document outlines the rules and grading system for a class. It lists 5 rules for students: be on time, be prepared, be respectful of others, be productive, and be cooperative. It also specifies attendance requirements and dress code policies. The grading system has 3 components: cognitive (60% based on tests), psychomotor (30% based on outputs and participation), and affective (10% based on attendance, attitude, and conduct). The total grade is out of 100%.

3.  Rule #1- Be on Time
In this class, being on time means that
you are in your seat and ready to
begin learning as soon as the bell rings.

4. Rule #2- Be Prepared
In this class, being prepared
means that you have all of the
supplies that you will need to
fully participate in the lesson.
This includes pens, paper and
an open mind.

5. Rule #3- Be Respectful of Others
In this class, you will show respect for one
another
by: Listening attentively when others are
speaking Voicing disagreements in a courteous
manner Refraining from the use of
inappropriate language Keeping your hands
and feet to yourself

6. Rule #4- Be productive
In this class, being productive means that
you are working from bell to bell. Stay on
task and work hard to finish all
assignments in the time frame that you
are given.

7. Rule #5- Be Cooperative
In order for the class to run
smoothly I will need cooperation
from each one of you. Please
follow any given instructions
quickly and without complaint.
