Jeremy Winfrey grew up in a place where his fondest memory was his cousin graduating from the police academy. He has musical talents and enjoys building musical equipment and programs. Winfrey represents an upward bound program and speaks at high schools in poverty-stricken areas, mentoring youth. He wants to train youth in his community with IC Stars to escape poverty and prisons and have better lives and careers.

center, I have spoken at different
highschools connecting with youth of
poverty striken areas with a goal of
mentoring them into a better life.
8. I hate the fact that so much of our youth
we find in jails and prisons, they are having
their youth stolen from them, and they are
being put into a position of constant failure
in hopes that they will never be able to live
a complete and happy life.
9. I joined ic stars for a better life, and a
better career. With ic stars I can begin the
process of training the youth in my
community to be leaders and to escape the
horrible system of poverty and prisons.
