It is made with cow
milk in the Abbey of
Maroilles.
Boulette d’Avesnes
It is made with cow
milk and leftovers of
Maroilles. It has a
paprika coating.
T’chiot biloute
It is made with cow
milk, cider or beer
and a breadcrumbs
coating.
Mont des Cats
It is made at the
Abbey of the « Monts
des Cats » with cow
milk.
Vieux Lille
It is made with cow
milk. It looks like
« maroilles ».
DESSERTS
Tarte au sucre (=

It is creamy tart made
with sugar.
Tarte à la rhubarbe is
rhubarb tart
Glace au speculoos=
Speculoos ice cream
Speculoos are biscuits
with a cinamon flavour.
