I’m an alumnus of The University of Nairobi with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics,
Sociology, Political science and public administration, fluent in Kiswahili and English with
interpersonal skills, socially right and sound time management. Am a great team player who is
flexible, ready and able to work under minimum supervision for the success of any institution
whether public or private.
CAREER OBJECTIVE
To explore and sharpen my professional skills with an aim to better my career and community at large.
I’m looking forward to work with any institution public or private, in Kenya or Overseas, this
will foster my career growth and also create a chance of giving back to the society which is my
ambition. I also aim to contribute to the overall development and growth of any organization I

WORK EXPERIENCE.
June 2015 to Date: Direct channel Simba technologies: I’m an outbound Customer service executive,
My main responsibilities involve, telesales/telemarketing and activation of Hello doctor/Semadoc
accounts for Mshwari, CBA and Mpesa customers, making follow ups and retention of the subscribed
customer is Key. Semadoc is the first telephonic health care provider in East Africa for Safaricom
subscribers.
MAY 2013 to Date: Busara institute of behavioral Economics; I’m a part time researcher on behavioral
sciences for both local and international organisations through Busara institute.
April to June 2015: Eagles Research Center; this involved writing research papers for both
undergraduate, graduate and post graduate clients who are overseas, the scope was very wide depending
on the assignment provided.
2013 to 2014: University of Nairobi: Students’ welfare authority: front office in the public relations
department. My responsibilities included; collection and issuance of visitor’s identification cards,
ensuring that no unauthorized personnel enter the halls of residence and reporting any issues raised to the
management.
March 2013: A Clerk of the Independent electoral and boundaries commission in Westlands Kitusuru
polling station: my main responsibility was to issue the ballot papers and ensure that the voters were
eligible to vote.
2010 to 2011: Ileho friend’s secondary school in Kakamega where I served as a teacher and a librarian.
As a teacher I taught mathematics, biology, English and business studies. I was also a district mock
examiner; this included ensuring that no irregularities were exercised during the sitting of the district
examination by the candidates.
As a librarian my main responsibilities included, keeping records of books both borrowed from the library
and returned to the library by the students. Arranging the library books based on their catalogue number,
providing library lessons to library visitors by educating then on the importance of the library and why
they should abide to the library rules
FELLOWSHIPS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES
Residential mentor
This was facilitated by Friends’ church and I was able to participate various youth conferences of
Friends’ church.
Transformed lives of the youth through mentorship. Talked to delegates about various issues of
life more so making them understand importance of education to them and the society at large.
Member of the Kenya Red Cross UON chapter
This a branch of the Kenya Red Cross whose members are UON students. I have participated in
the organization’s activities such and visiting children’s homes and mentoring the children,
administering first aid during accidents and other crisis, for instance I volunteered during the
Westgate attack. This has taught me about servant ship through giving back to the society.
Participated in mentorship and leadership training course
The training was done by Change Mind Change Future (CMCF) through National Youth
Guidance and Counseling Association. This training equipped me with skills that will enable me
bring positive impact to my fellow youths especially through mentorship.
Member of MCCU drama family University of Nairobi
Through the Main Campus Christian Union (MCCU), I have had a chance to inspire people
through acting and also pass across information certain information through dramatizing.
