Fema Club
I was a leader and organizer of Fema Club at Kigonsera high school and in Ruvuma
region from 2010 to 2012 participating on educating community about sexuality, healthy
life styles and making informed choices.
3. Teaching Skills
In 2013, i was participating in teaching seminars which focused much on macro-teaching
and micro-teaching including where it promoted my skills, knowledge and experience of
teaching profession at Teofilo Kisanji University in Mbeya.
I,m a qualified Geography and History teacher who is able to effectively communicate with
students from diverse backgrounds or varying degrees of ability. I, m committed and dedicated
professional man with a proven ability to teach, motivate and direct students to maximum
conformance encouraging a positive and energetic environment.
I have been involved in teaching at Makita Secondary School for two years (2012-2014),
teaching Geography subject with the aim of promoting and increasing skills of my profession,
not only that but also i have attended various seminars concerning how to teach slow and faster
learners depending on their demands, environment and interests.
Research Skills
I have experience of conducting various researches, for example in 2012, i was conducting
scientific research about the “Spread of HIV/AIDS at Kigonsera Village in Mbinga district
(Ruvuma Region)”.
In 2013, i was conducting an educational research concerning “ The Relationship between
Learning Materials and Students` Academic Performance at Teofilo Kisanji University in Mbeya
Region”.
4. In 2014 to 2015, i was conducting also a research concerning the “Possibility of Poverty
Alleviation among Tea Growers at Luponde Village in Njombe Region”.
Environmental Conservation Skills
I was participating on various projects, clubs and seminars with the aim of creating
awareness and conscious about how to conserve, manage environment as well as
strategies on how to utilize environmental resources effectively for current and further
generation at Kigonsera High School from 2010 to 2012.
Computer Literacy
I have acquired computer skills and attending various training relating to computer skills
including Microsoft word, Microsoft publisher, internet, Microsoft Excel and creative
writing.
