A group of pirates spots a ship to rob but also see a whale and mermaid watching them. When the pirates try to anchor their ship, the whale almost flips it but stops upon realizing the pirate captain and whale are brothers. The whale agrees to take the pirates ashore after they promise not to harm whales again. The whale and mermaid part ways as friends with the pirates.

Crete, a Diary

He served for many years in the Royal Navy, including on submarines from 1959-1968, traveling extensively and having some dangerous experiences but considering his military service overall a positive experience despite hardships. He married his wife Jean in 1960 and they had three sons together.

A little orange fish had no friends until a whale offered to be his friend. They went exploring together and met a dolphin named Rex and Fred. The three swam to a mermaid's castle but saw a broken boat with sharks inside along the way. The whale ate one shark. At the castle gate, Spermy the whale called through a radio and they were let inside for safety. They told the mermaid what happened and stayed the night. After breakfast, they swam home since the shark was gone.

They build a raft out of tree trunks and other materials to try to get back to shore. Along the way, they encounter other people who help them by giving them an oar, a sail, and a small engine for their raft. However, they eventually get captured by pirates. Nico, a friend in the form of a fish, works to rescue them with the help of Iris the Mermaid. Together with Iris, they discover the underwater world before safely returning everyone back to the beach.

NONE OF THEM KNEW THE COLOR OF THE SKY.
Their eyes glanced level, and remained upon the waves that swept
toward them. These waves were gray, except for the tops, which were
white, and all the men knew the colors of the sea. The line between
sky and water narrowed and widened, and fell and rose.
A man likes to take a bath in a bigger area than this boat could
provide. These waves were frightfully rapid and tall; and each boiling,
white top was a problem in the small boat.
The cook sat in the bottom, and looked with both eyes at the six
inches of boat which separated him from the ocean. He had bared his
fat arms as he worked to empty the water from the boat. Often he said,
“God! That was a bad one.” As he remarked it, he always looked toward
the east over the rough sea.

The oiler, guiding with one of the two oars in the boat, sometimes
raised himself suddenly to keep away from the water that poured in. It
was a thin little oar, and it often seemed ready to break.
The correspondent, pulling at the other oar, watched the waves
and wondered why he was there.
The hurt captain, lying in the front, was feeling defeat and despair.
It was despair that comes, for a time at least, to even the bravest and most
enduring when the business fails, the army loses, the ship goes down.
The mind of the master of a vessel is rooted deep in her wood, whether
he commands for a day or many. And this captain had in his thoughts
the firm impression of a scene in the grays of dawn, with seven faces
turned down in the sea. And later the remains of the ship, washed by
waves, going low and lower and down. Thereafter there was something
strange in his voice. Although steady, it was deep with grief, and of a
quality beyond speech or tears.
“Keep her a little more south, Billie,” said he.
“A little more south, sir,” said the oiler in the back.
A seat in this boat was not unlike a seat upon a jumpy horse, and
a horse is not much smaller. The boat was much like an animal. As each
wave came, and she rose for it, she seemed like a horse leaping over a
high fence. The manner of her ride over these walls of water is a thing
of mystery. Each wave required a new leap, and a leap from the air. Then
jumping and slipping and racing and dropping down, she steadied for
the next threat.
A particular danger of the sea is the fact that after successfully get
ting through one wave, you discover that there is another behind it. The
next wave is just as nervously anxious and purposeful to overturn boats.
In a tenfoot boat one can get a good idea of the great force of the sea.
As each gray wall of water approached, it shut all else from the view of
the men in the boat. It was not difficult to imagine that this particular
wave was the final outburst of the ocean, the last effort of the deter
mined water.

The ducks and turtle were friends living in a lake. When the lake started drying up due to lack of rain, the ducks decided to fly to another lake but couldn't take the turtle with them because he had no wings. The clever turtle found a strong stick for the ducks to carry him in their beaks as they flew. All went well until people below mistook the turtle for a cat, causing him to angrily speak and drop the stick, falling to the ground.

1) The protagonist boards a ship from England that is torpedoed by a German U-boat, which was built in his family's shipyard. 2) He jumps into the sea with his dog and is rescued in a lifeboat, where he saves an unconscious girl named Lys La Rue. 3) They spend a cold night adrift at sea, holding each other for warmth until they see smoke on the horizon from an allied vessel.
Love story
Once upon a time, there was an island where feelings like Love lived. When the island began to sink, all the feelings repaired their boats to leave, but Love wanted to stay until the last moment. As the island was almost gone, Love asked Richness, Vanity, and Sadness for help, but they all refused. Happiness did not even hear Love's calls for help. Finally, an elder named Time came and offered Love a place on his boat, saving Love from sinking with the island. Later, Love asked Knowledge who helped him, and Knowledge revealed it was Time who understood how great Love is.
Treasure map
1) Pirate captain Ezekial finds a treasure map hidden in a chest while raiding. The map leads to an island marked with an X.
2) They encounter dangers along the way like a giant squid and damaged ships from sailing through treacherous seas.
3) Upon reaching the island, they discover dinosaur bones and eventually an unlocked chest buried in the ground, but attract a T-Rex before they can open it. Ezekial is eaten by the crew for his poor leadership.
Urashima Taro
Urashima Taro, a kind fisherman, rescues a tortoise from some cruel boys. The next day, the tortoise thanks Urashima and offers to take him to see the magnificent undersea palace of the Dragon King. Urashima rides on the tortoise's back as it dives below the waves. They pass through a great gate and are welcomed by sea creatures serving the Dragon King.
The Rime of Ancient Mariner- 10th CBSE
The Ancient Mariner stops a wedding guest from attending a wedding ceremony and tells him the story of his journey. The Mariner's ship is driven off course by a storm and becomes trapped in ice. When an albatross appears, it leads them out of the ice but the Mariner kills it with his crossbow for no reason. The crew blame the Mariner for the killing and hang the dead albatross around his neck. All the crew die except the Mariner, who is cursed to wander telling his story as a warning against sin.

Ruvanya
Captain Allah and Benny went treasure hunting at the beach but found Red Beard the pirate and his crew had already found the treasure. Allah and Benny fought Red Beard for the treasure and were able to defeat him, taking the treasure for themselves.
Abbey
Mumble the budgie lives on a pirate ship with Captain Abbey and pirates Red Beard and Black Beard. The pirates go into town to steal a treasure map and get supplies from the supermarket. They then return quickly to their ship. Later, Mumble accidentally pecks Captain Abbey and is threatened to walk the plank, but is forgiven. Finally, the pirates find the treasure marked on the map under a large cross.
