4. MY TOP 3 IDEAS
Most Disruptive colleges will be obsolete only provide on the job training
This idea would guarantee that students would always have good job. It would also mean that there
would be many jobs with a long training period, for example doctors. All students would need to be
evaluated by professional in their field to determine if they were qualified to work without supervision.
Most practical idea Employers develop college curriculum based on what skills they need from the
graduate
This idea would not cost very much money to implement. Many technical schools already have input
from future employers regarding what courses and skills students need for jobs. If employers knew that
students had the skills necessary to do the job I think they would be willing to hire more students with
no work experience.
Favorite idea- all colleges will be tuition free
Even though this idea is not practical it is my favorite .I think that college should be free to anyone who
is capable of attending. If college was tuition free, including room and board students would not be
under pressure to get good grades to get the best jobs. Students would be free to get the best
education that they could without having to worry about a huge student loan. Tuition free college would
relieve the pressure to get a good job after graduation.
