The China Commodity Exchange (CHCEX) has won a bid to become the new provider of Beijing Platinum and Palladium Prices, replacing the Beijing Platinum and Palladium Regulating Company. CHCEX will provide pricing through its custom-built electronic system called CHCEX Trading Expert Bullion, which meets regulatory needs. The system is already in advanced development stages and will be ready before the anticipated launch date. CHCEX believes its benchmark administration capabilities, technology, and links to financial and physical metal industries make it well-suited to disseminate the Beijing prices to Asian markets.

1. CHCEX Wins Bid For Supply of Beijing
Platinum and Palladium Prices

Beijing, March 23, 2016 /PressReleaseCircle/ -- China Commodity Exchange
(CHCEX) today announces its appointment by the Beijing Platinum and Palladium
Regulating Company (BPPRC) to be the new provider of Beijing Platinum and Palladium
Prices.
The CHCEX’s custom-built electronic solution, CHCEX Trading Expert Bullion, will
provide a pricing methodology that fully meets the administrative and regulatory needs of
market participants including the Principles for Financial Benchmarks. CHCEX Trading
Expert Bullion is already at an advanced stage of development and will be ready in
advance of the anticipated go-live.
