The 50 KW Micro Hydro Power Project at Village Chatekal U/C Beha District Swat was inaugurated. It was funded by the European Union and implemented by the Sarhad Rural Support Programme (SRSP). The inauguration was attended by Mehmood Khan, Minister for Irrigation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, who thanked SRSP for supporting the community with the project and assured further support in sectors like irrigation, education, health and infrastructure. SRSP briefed the Minister on the project's operations, capacity and maintenance.
