The AI-powered employee Appraisal system based on a credit system is a softwa...Chan563583
The AI-powered employee Appraisal system based on a credit system is a software application that aims to provide an efficient and fair way of calculating employee incentives in an organization. The system will use artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms (classification) to analyze employee performance data and assign credits to each employee based on their performance.
The system will work by first defining a set of key performance indicators (KPIs) that are relevant to the organization's goals and objectives. These KPIs could include metrics such as sales revenue, customer satisfaction scores, or project completion rates. Each employee's performance data will then be measured against these KPIs, and the system will assign credits to each employee based on their performance.
The credits assigned to each employee will be used to determine their incentive payout, with higher-performing employees receiving a higher payout. The system will also have the capability to adjust the weight age of different KPIs based on the organization's priorities and objectives.
The classification algorithm used in the system will continuously learn and improve over time, as they are fed more data and feedback from the organization. This will ensure that the system remains relevant and accurate as the organization's goals and objectives evolve.

Laundry management system project report.pdfKamal Acharya
Laundry firms currently use a manual system for the management and maintenance of critical information. The current system requires numerous paper forms, with data stores spread throughout the laundry management infrastructure. Often information is incomplete or does not follow management standards. Records are often lost in transit during computation requiring a comprehensive auditing process to ensure that no vital information is lost. Multiple copies of the same information exist in the laundry firm data and may lead to inconsistencies in data in various data stores.
A significant part of the operation of any laundry firm involves the acquisition, management and timely retrieval of great volumes of information. This information typically involves; customer personal information and clothing records history, user information, price of delivery and received date, users scheduling as regards customers details and dealings in service rendered, also our products package waiting list. All of this information must be managed in an efficient and cost wise fashion so that the organization resources may be effectively utilized.
We present the design and implementation of a laundry database management system (LBMS) used in a laundry establishment. Laundry firms are usually faced with difficulties in keeping detailed records of customers clothing; this little problem as seen to most laundry firms is highly discouraging as customers are filled with disappointments, arising from issues such as customer clothes mix-ups and untimely retrieval of clothes. The aim of this application is to determine the number of clothes collected, in relation to their owners, as this also helps the users fix a date for the collection of their clothes. Also customer’s information is secured, as a specific id is allocated per registration to avoid contrasting information.

Securing your Kubernetes cluster_ a step-by-step guide to success !KatiaHIMEUR1
Today, after several years of existence, an extremely active community and an ultra-dynamic ecosystem, Kubernetes has established itself as the de facto standard in container orchestration. Thanks to a wide range of managed services, it has never been so easy to set up a ready-to-use Kubernetes cluster.
However, this ease of use means that the subject of security in Kubernetes is often left for later, or even neglected. This exposes companies to significant risks.
In this talk, I'll show you step-by-step how to secure your Kubernetes cluster for greater peace of mind and reliability.

Observability Concepts EVERY Developer Should Know -- DeveloperWeek Europe.pdfPaige Cruz
Monitoring and observability aren’t traditionally found in software curriculums and many of us cobble this knowledge together from whatever vendor or ecosystem we were first introduced to and whatever is a part of your current company’s observability stack.
While the dev and ops silo continues to crumble….many organizations still relegate monitoring & observability as the purview of ops, infra and SRE teams. This is a mistake - achieving a highly observable system requires collaboration up and down the stack.
I, a former op, would like to extend an invitation to all application developers to join the observability party will share these foundational concepts to build on:

• William Kahn, defines
employee engagement
as: “the harnessing of
organization members’
selves to their work roles;
in engagement, people
employ and express
themselves, cognitively,
and emotionally during
role performances.”

50. Challenges Faced By The Team
50
Data is spread across many backend
systems
HR systems and backend systems are
not connected
Sensitive data needs to be transmitted
In order to best serve your
workforce, routine HR experiences
— like employee onboarding and
workspace provisioning — must
be automated. With the increased
complexity that comes from a
dispersed workforce, organizations
must find opportunities for
effective HR automation so teams
can shift their focus from manual
documentation to critical
employee needs so that
investments made in hiring top
candidates aren’t squandered.
51. Checklist to establish solid foundation for Automation
51
Composability - Automations and insights composed from reusable PBCs are easier to
access and repurpose
Central governance - to ensure that all application connectivity and automation is
consistent.
Full range of automation types – Apply same standards
Omni-persona support - Business users must be empowered to execute on automation
opportunities independent of an already-inundated IT backlog.
Neutrality - One of the fundamental principles of the composable enterprise is to ensure that
your PBCs are open to consumption by a variety of tools, thereby avoiding lock-in.
52. Characteristics Of A Composable Enterprise
52
Business processes are
assembled by APIs.
Organizational processes
and data are opened up
to partners and customers
via APIs.
Business users can create
front-end applications and
access data, on demand.
The architecture and
infrastructure is highly
scalable, capable of
accommodating new
workloads and
requirements on demand.
Technology solutions
emerge not only from top-
down vision, but from
bottom-up capability.
Security is baked
throughout the entire
infrastructure, in every
composable building
block.
53. How does Anypoint Platform fit in
53
MuleSoft has built on this concept of the API
as a foundational component by developing
Anypoint Platform, a solution that enables the
development and delivery of the API layer that
describes and enriches enterprise
microservices. Anypoint Platform provides
critical cross-cutting services to these
microservices, including security,
governance, and reuse.
Additionally, Anypoint Platform can be used to
implement full stack microservices, often
referred to as integration microservices.
Integration microservices combine
orchestration between business microservices
with connectivity to legacy assets. Integration
microservices form a connective tissue across
a microservices architecture.
54. 54
When a new employee is hired, create two service requests:
• Service request for setting up a desk.
• Service request for setting up a computer.
The data is processed as follows:
• Workday is polled in intervals for new modifications of employees.
• Employee data is processed to identify new hires.
• Service request for a computer is sent to ServiceNow.
• Service request for a desk is sent to ServiceNow.
Workday Worker to Service Now Request Broadcast - Template
56. 56
1. Configure a Source
A source (listener) initiates a flow when a specified condition is met. You can configure one of these sources to use with
Workday Connector:
• On Modified Objects
Start your app when an object is created in Workday.
• HTTP Listener
Initiates a flow each time it receives a request on the configured host and port
• Scheduler
Initiates a flow when a time-based condition is met
2. As a connector in a Flow
Workday Worker to Service Now Request Broadcast - Usecase
58. Workday to Salesforce Hired Employee Broadcast
58
Use Case
As a Workday admin I want to synchronize new Employee Hire or a change in an already
existing one by creating/updating the User in Salesforce with the specified PermissionSet.
As implemented, this template leverages the Mule batch module.
The batch job is divided in Process and On Complete stages.
The integration is triggered by scheduler to Workday instance. New or modified employee hires
are passed to the batch as input.
In the batch, the user is fetched from Salesforce by the email and mapped to Salesforce input
data structure with the specified PermissionSet.
Afterwards every user is sent to destination instance - to Salesforce where it is asynchronously
updated or created.
60. Salesforce: Transforming the employee onboarding
experience through HR automation
60
● Through an API-led approach, Salesforce was able to surface data with System APIs
unlocking multiple systems and instances like HCM data from Workday and badge data from
Lenel.
● By combining System APIs and adding business logic, the team developed Process APIs,
ultimately creating a reusable Worker 360 API.
● Now around 96% of employees are set-up on day one.
