• Helped Romea Training achieve RTO status in 2008

• Increased scope of qualifications on numerous occasions

• Developed and managed LMS for Romea Training
• Member of the UEG technical advisory committee
• Developed units of competence for the UEG training package
• This included to the new streamlined format (2015).

• Helped Romea Training achieve funding status in QLD and WA
• This allowed Romea to become a preferred provider of publicly funded
training services

• Developed material for LogiCamms to extend their capability
to include UEG and PMA qualifications – 2015.
