3. Double object pronouns
When direct and indirect object pronouns are
used together, the indirect object pronoun
always precedes the direct object pronoun.
El camarero trajo la cuenta a nosotros.
El camarero nos la trajo.
The indirect object pronouns le and les change
to SE when they are used with lo, la, los, and
las.
Le preparé los sándwiches. Se los preparé.
Les servimos la sopa. Se la servimos.
4. Double object pronouns
There are three options for position of double
object pronouns:
before the conjugated verb
Me la preparan.
Me la van a preparar.
Me la están preparando.
after and attached to the infinitive
Van a preparármela.
after and attached to the present participle
Están preparándomela ahora.
