1. Chapter 1: Project Summary
Name of the Enterprise
The researchers decided to name the propsed project as “all in one pitza
house”. The name is directly related to the kind of business making it easy for the
propective customer to create the kind of piza according to their likings. The
name itself will create an import to the customer in a sense that the pitza being
served is not just the just the kind of piza they knew. It will give them the
opportunity to personalize their pitza at very affordable price.
One reason why the researchers chose such name is that theve is not
known pitza house in town that allows the customer to make their own pitza in
terms of putting the topings and designing it according to their desires. Secondly ,
the pitza being served can be purchased at a lower cost compared to the typical
pitza in town.
The said enterprise will entertain customers from all walks of life who love
to eat pitza. The affordability and the idea of encoureging the customer creativity
make the pitza more palatable.
Location
One of the factors that will ensure any business success is its location .
Business establishment that is located in a prime spot is an advantage.
Dumaguete city is known to be the city of gentle people and is the capital city of
Negros Orriental. People meet for the exchange of goods and services trade and
commerce in line with this, Dumaguete city has various kinds of business
establishment , bulidings,etc.
The location of the establishment can be found inside the Robinson mall.
The researchers found out that various people from the city itself and even from
the neighboring cities and province visit Dumaguete just to see this mall.

2. Robinson’s mall is an idea place for this business because it is a place safe to
roam around where people shop or even for people who want to relax. Aside
from it’s a friendly enxironment, it is also accessible to all.
Description Defination of the Project
The proposed project is a food establishment and will be located inside the
Robinson mall of Dumaguete city. All in one pitza house will allow the customer to
put the kinds of toppings they want for their pitza. They can choose their pizza at
an affortable price.
Filipinos are known for love of food. We love food to the extent of
embracing clifferent cuisines from all over the world. One of the cuisines that
filipinos love is an italian food pizza. For this reason, the research chose to offer
pizza but with a different twist. Unlike any other pizza, the pizza that the
researchers are offering is customized and can be personalized according to the
customer desire.
In line with this, this business establishment will not only meet the customers
wants and needs, but also offer opportunities to job seekers.
The description of the project is to have a chear view of the perspection so
proper planning and management can be identified. Furthermore, through
thorough study and investigation the researchers will be able to identify the
needs and wants of the customers, opening opportunities and also the strenghs
and weaknesses of the competitors.
