membership services to enhance members’ career growth and to strengthen and connect an evolving chamber music
community. Maintain daily updates between CMA website and the internal DonorPerfect Fundraising software.
Notable Contributions:
 Developed a strategic plan to exceed the annual goals for membership retention and growth of $360,000. This
goal was surpassed significantly both in FY13 and FY14.
 Increased the CMA Annual Directory Photo-Op Advertising for members by three-fold, from 57 purchasers
in FY13 to 155 in FY14.
 Introduced and developed Social Media (Facebook, LinkedIn, MeetUp, and Twitter) into CMA strategic
plan as an essential tool to increase engagement with music professionals and general public.
 Represented CMA at various professional conferences: WAA, Arts Midwest, PAE, IAMA Montreal, Jazz
Education Network, APAP, ISPA, League of American Orchestras, and International Double Reed Society.

researcher / liaison to find suitable foreign (real-estate) investments in North America, Australia, and Singapore.

As one of the first inaugural CXAmbassadors, my task is to increase Cathay Pacific’s brand awareness through various
social media postings about CX’s fare discounts, new route launch party, corporate-social-responsibility events, and to
manage a small, part-time, commission-based clientele of business and premium economy customers. Performed
several anonymous quality control customer reviews on CX First / Business / Premium Economy flights, Business /
First Class lounges, and airport agents. Also part of the CX MarcoPolo Club professionals group in the tri-state area.
Notable Contributions:
 Sold $68,000+ worth of tickets for FY14, and became the global CXAmbassador Top Influencer. Ticket sales
breakdown: 2 Business (J) Classes, 12 Premium Economy (Y+) Classes, and 38 Economy (Y) Classes.
 Cultivated potential CX Corporate Travel Solutions Clients from the finance and entertainment industry.

YOGYAKARTA INTERNATIONAL MUSIC FESTIVAL ACADEMY
Artistic & Executive Director (May 2011 – February 2013)
Designed a Summer Music Festival that created long term educational, cultural, and economic benefits for the region.
Responsible for the entire program curriculum building, social media outreach and marketing, brand image
development, as well as fund-raising and corporate sponsorship. Supervised and led a team of 15.
Notable Contributions:
 Secured Corporate Sponsorships, Partnerships, and Donations from major entities (with a value totalling
$70,000+) to operate the festival: Cathay Pacific Airways, Garuda Indonesia, the Ministry of Tourism – Culture

 Forged strategic Media partnership with regional entities: Voice of America News Network, The Jakarta Post,
The Jakarta Globe, and various TV / Radio network in the South East Asian region.
 Developed a Scholarship Fund from various individuals and corporations for the Festival’s educational
program, to ensure a full-scholarship program to all of the accepted Young Artist participants.
 Maintained a post-festival alumni mentorship program / network to ensure further collaboration and growth
among Festival’s graduates and faculty. Graduates have furthered their career as piano performance majors,
scientists, arts advocates, medical doctor interns, and recording engineers in the United States, Australia,
Taiwan, Sweden, Singapore, and Canada.
MUSIC IN THE HILLS CONCERT SERIES
Founder, Artistic & Executive Director (July 2002 – July 2004)
A community-supported chamber music series located in the Foothills area of Tucson Estates. Led a team of 10 diverse,
inclusive UofA student staff members from France, Germany, United States, Indonesia, and Mexico. Performers came
from international talents in the Southern Arizona area, several of whom have gone into international careers in the
Netherlands, Mexico, Boston area, and professorships in the Midwest, Asia, Canada, and Europe.
Notable Contributions:
 Produced four concerts each season: Fall – Spring – Summer themes, and a special December Holiday season.
 Secured local patronage, restaurants, and sponsors to underwrite artists’ fees, reception, and expenses.
TEACHING & PERFORMANCE EXPERIENCE
TUCSON UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT – Opening Minds Through Arts (OMA)
Curriculum Development Design Team + Teaching Artist (August 2004 – June 2010)
Designed and implemented a year-long arts-integration curriculum for music / opera subjects for K-12 students that
aligned with the 21st century US Department of Education standards that were the prototype of the Common Core
values. Worked closely with classroom teachers, principals, and parents of the 25+ school sites to create bi-weekly class
visits that culminated in a student opera production. Served a diverse, international student body that includes a large
population of Latino, American Indian, and refugees from Russia / Eastern Europe, Africa, and Indochina.
Notable Contributions:
 Built and led bi-annual Professional Development Session programs for new incoming teaching artists and
K-12 classroom teachers to prepare them for OMA Arts-Integration program immersion.
 Developed Annual OMA-TUSD Summer Arts Institute for teaching artists, K-12 teachers, and administrator.
 Programmed and performed school / community performances with various teaching artists throughout the
school year with various cultural and educational themes: Cinco de Mayo, Thanksgiving, Science Week, etc.
 Developed ongoing relationships with more than 60 Tucson community donors to ensure further support to
the OMA-TUSD program.
JUBILEE ENRICHMENT PROGRAM / ROME PIANO ACADEMY
Piano and Music Theory Faculty (October 2010 – present)
Teach and mentor Pre-College students, returning adults, as well as beginning toddler students in music instruction,
ranging from 5 to 85 years old. Primarily teaching first and second generation Chinese American immigrants who speak
a Chinese dialect of Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkian, and Fujianese.
Notable Contributions:
 Developed an alternative and comprehensive teaching – mentorship plan for highly performing / gifted
students in order to prepare them for extra performances and career goals outside of the normal curriculum
track. Students have earned high distinction in their NYSMA and ABRSM standardized exams in both
performance practice and theory four years in a row.
 Prepared students for auditions into the La Guardia Performing Arts High School program, and prepared
current La Guardia Performing Arts High School students at the Academy for their college level auditions.

SWARA SONORA TRIO (soprano – baritone – piano ensemble)
Founder and Pianist; Corporate Sponsorship, Public Relations, and Contract Manager (August 2006 – present)
Founding members: Kathryn Mueller and Nathan Krueger. With the goal of increasing awareness for this ensemble
configuration, the trio has commissioned and performed new / rare works, and conducted residencies. The trio
embarked on UNICEF – Rotary Club Indonesia 2009 PEACE Fundraising Tour. Raised $22,000 and secured several
major corporate sponsorships. Commissioned new works; by Ananda Sukarlan, Soe-Ten Marching, and Joshua Saulle.
INTERNATIONAL PERFORMING ARTIST AND CLINICIAN
Master Class Clinician, Curriculum Developer and Consultant (July 2004 – present)
Provide master class residencies, Careers in Music Management training sessions, curriculum development and
consulting services to universities, conservatories, and pre-college music academies in the United States, Canada,

MUSIC IN THE HILLS CONCERT SERIES Founder, Artistic & Executive Director (July 2002 – July 2004) A community-supported chamber music series located in the Foothills area of Tucson Estates. Led a team of 10 diverse, inclusive UofA student staff members from France, Germany, United States, Indonesia, and Mexico. Performers came from international talents in the Southern Arizona area, several of whom have gone into international careers in the Netherlands, Mexico, Boston area, and professorships in the Midwest, Asia, Canada, and Europe. Notable Contributions:  Produced four concerts each season: Fall – Spring – Summer themes, and a special December Holiday season.  Secured local patronage, restaurants, and sponsors to underwrite artists’ fees, reception, and expenses. TEACHING & PERFORMANCE EXPERIENCE TUCSON UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT – Opening Minds Through Arts (OMA) Curriculum Development Design Team + Teaching Artist (August 2004 – June 2010) Designed and implemented a year-long arts-integration curriculum for music / opera subjects for K-12 students that aligned with the 21st century US Department of Education standards that were the prototype of the Common Core values. Worked closely with classroom teachers, principals, and parents of the 25+ school sites to create bi-weekly class visits that culminated in a student opera production. Served a diverse, international student body that includes a large population of Latino, American Indian, and refugees from Russia / Eastern Europe, Africa, and Indochina. Notable Contributions:  Built and led bi-annual Professional Development Session programs for new incoming teaching artists and K-12 classroom teachers to prepare them for OMA Arts-Integration program immersion.  Developed Annual OMA-TUSD Summer Arts Institute for teaching artists, K-12 teachers, and administrator.  Programmed and performed school / community performances with various teaching artists throughout the school year with various cultural and educational themes: Cinco de Mayo, Thanksgiving, Science Week, etc.  Developed ongoing relationships with more than 60 Tucson community donors to ensure further support to the OMA-TUSD program. JUBILEE ENRICHMENT PROGRAM / ROME PIANO ACADEMY Piano and Music Theory Faculty (October 2010 – present) Teach and mentor Pre-College students, returning adults, as well as beginning toddler students in music instruction, ranging from 5 to 85 years old. Primarily teaching first and second generation Chinese American immigrants who speak a Chinese dialect of Mandarin, Cantonese, Hokkian, and Fujianese. Notable Contributions:  Developed an alternative and comprehensive teaching – mentorship plan for highly performing / gifted students in order to prepare them for extra performances and career goals outside of the normal curriculum track. Students have earned high distinction in their NYSMA and ABRSM standardized exams in both performance practice and theory four years in a row.  Prepared students for auditions into the La Guardia Performing Arts High School program, and prepared current La Guardia Performing Arts High School students at the Academy for their college level auditions.
