What’s all this stuff about change of blood lineage? Part 2
What is lineage? Great-grandparents Grandparents Parents Children Grandchildren Great-grandchildren Our identity is socially constructed by relationships Most signficant relationships are familial To reveal ourselves is to tell our story, where we come from Our identity comes from our lineage

What is fallen human lineage? We inherited contradictory nature Original nature Fallen nature True love Selfish love Evil inclination Good inclination Born in the midway position Confused identity Changeable
Who has to do the work of eliminating the satanic blood lineage deep within man, which was inherited through generation after generation? True Parents. They must become one with the love of God and love the world as if it is theirs. Otherwise it is absolutely impossible to remove fallen nature and original sin. Therefore, parents of evil and parents of goodness have to struggle and compete with each other for love, but the love of the True Parents will endure. Satanic love will be removed from man; the blood lineage will be changed.
The Messiah may be able to remove the satanic blood, but you must attend and follow him so that he can do that. Everybody has to carry his own cross. If you cannot fulfill that standard, you cannot be saved. You must be willing to face death itself. By establishing that absolute standard, your evil blood lineage can be cleansed. In order to have it cleansed, we must work and take action, not just talk about it or have feelings about it. We must do strong things, such as fasting and prayer, thus going through the boundary of life and death.
What is change of lineage? Where is the change of blood lineage done? On the individual level, man has to go beyond the boundary of life and death. The individual has to go through life and death situations for the sake of God and the future dignity of man. (True Father, 1970)

What is the process for the change of lineage in Christianity?
Living a Christian life "Teacher," he asked, "what must I do to inherit eternal life?” "What is written in the Law?" he replied. "How do you read it?" He answered: " 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind'; and, 'Love your neighbour as yourself.'" "You have answered correctly," Jesus replied. "Do this and you will live." But he wanted to justify himself, so he asked Jesus, "And who is my neighbour?" Luke 10 25-29

Sacrament of marriage Sanctification of the union of a man and a woman for a Christian life together and for procreation The spouses confer the sacrament on each other Sacrament to restore chastity lost at the fall
Conditions for marriage Both spouses are Christians Freely entered in to
Service - Preface In the presence of God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, we have come together to witness the marriage of N and N, to pray for God's blessing on them, to share their joy and to celebrate their love. Marriage is a gift of God in creation through which husband and wife may know the grace of God. It is given that as man and woman grow together in love and trust, they shall be united with one another in heart, body and mind, as Christ is united with his bride, the Church.
Freely entered into N, will you take N to be your husband? Will you love him, comfort him, honour and protect him, and, forsaking all others, be faithful to him as long as you both shall live?
Vows I, N , take you, N , to be my wife, to have and to hold from this day forward; for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, to love and to cherish, till death us do part; according to God's holy law. In the presence of God I make this vow.
Exchange of rings Heavenly Father, by your blessing let these rings be to N and N a symbol of unending love and faithfulness, to remind them of the vow and covenant which they have made this day through Jesus Christ our Lord. N, I give you this ring as a sign of our marriage. With my body I worship you, all that I am I give to you, and all that I have I share with you, within the love of God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
Purpose of marriage Place for conjugal love, mutual support and comfort Proper place for sexual intercourse For procreation and raising of children When husband and wife are united in marriage, they are no longer seen as something earthly, but as the image of God Himself. St. John Chrysostom
Marriage and family Marriage lays the foundation for the family which is a "home" or "domestic" church headed by nuptial priests—the parents.
