2. Importance and goal of the event:
• As Pakistan is an under developed but high populated
country. The number of youth in this country is more than all
other countries as 60% population is under the age of 18-30 .
• Superior University is arranging Job Fairs from last two years
where many national organization arranged their stall to get
the help of youth caz this job fair is I con of the youth.
• Due to high unemployment rate in my area I also decided to
become the part of this event with my organization PIA which
is very famous Airline in the country.

3. Youth Focus
• Almost 60,000 or more of it participant attended this event .
• Almost 9000 participant contacted directly to my stall location
caz it was arranged with very inspiring ways.
• I also presented a presentation to the youth how to build an
inspiring CV and some tips to get a better job.
• We provide basic information to get job in our origination as
well as in other airline industry.
• Female youth was also so inspiring by our event.

• In nutshell , such event like job fair in Pakistan can provide
better results to control unemployment.
• If the youth is ready to take part in the progress of their
countries then such self oriented tasks and events are the
basic tools to the better future of the world.
