2. My Dream Job
– In year 2022, I will be serial entrepreneur focusing into
the fields of social entrepreneurship.
– One of the main focuses of social entrepreneurship firm
will be education industry into the segment of
education consulting, curriculum development, skill
development, Training & workshops, employment &
entrepreneurship nurturing.
– For local level/regional level I am working & mainly
targeting Rajkot/Gujarat region and will expand for
some activities at national and international level.
This is not just night dream but I already started living this
dream.

3. My Dream Job
– >80% of people ended up doing job they don’t like (-Scott D)
– What we study in institutes – what we do in industry – what we
actually loves to do are 3 different things
– People are born with intrinsic motivation, self-respect, dignity,
curiosity and joy in learning. We will never transform our prevailing
system of management (which destroyed our people) without
transforming our prevailing system of education (-WE Deming)
– Its not only about getting a job, its about what you will do, when
you will be there?
– World don’t treat students as professional and treat new
professionals as kids
– In reality, World will judge you and undervalue u – bcaz of yr age
 DON’T ended UP choosing wrong career

4. My Dream Job
Recent local Big Event 1 : M Tradyog, 2012
– Organized interactive thought sharing program to bridge the
gap between industry and academia at Rajkot region in
association with regional organizations
– We invited 1 student, 1 faculty & 1 Alumni from few institute,
some young professionals, experienced industry experts and
Trustees. More than 200 people participated in highly
interactive program where we focused on different issues from
everyone’s perspectives and it became eye opener program
for everyone.
– This kinds of initiatives changes life of lot many and can make
a difference in their personal & professional life.

5. My Dream Job
Local Big Events 2 : Creating future creating opportunities
– It was part of EU-Youth in Action multi country project for
which we targeted Gujarat region for creating platform for
youth of skill development, internship, competitions,
volunteerism, entrepreneurship etc
– It was one of the finest imitative that region has produced
which directly helpedmore than almost 700 youth and we
invited intentional delegation for this events.

6. My Dream Job
– I started taking skill development training and workshops for
Students + Teachers in Academia & to professionals in industry
Industries since long.
– These trainings are motivational, soft skills, Social, Professional +
Technical, Strategic, physiological, career guidance, start ups,
social entrepreneurship, experience sharing etc
– I am invited as speaker and panel member at various local,
regional, national and international platforms

• It became more grades oriented than knowledge and learning
oriented
• Whole system became as such that people don’t behave or share
what they feel in real
• We need to connect youth with world and opportunities available
locally and globally
• We need to create platform for youth and tell them ‘yes you can’
• Accepting reality of current education & industry condition, what
we can do to youth/students ?
– For job : Skill development in all verticals includes soft skills, technical,
communication, GD & PI as well as CV preparation, make them aware
of open sources tools for their development, case studies, conferences,
make them professional in student life itself etc…
– For Entrepreneurship: Guidance, awareness, mentoring, idea to
implementation, training for entrepreneurship, how to start, business
models, legal aspects, marketing, costing and profit making aspect,
purpose based businesses, scope of social entrepreneurship etc…

9. Current Education
Upcoming Event planned for current education
system, its curriculum and methodology
• We are planning to invite applications from all over
the Gujarat, India to attend 3 days workshop where
few youth applicant will be invited to discuss what
are the changes can be done in course curriculum,
methodology, learning and outcome.
• We will share this report to local institutes, Main
university/ies as well some national & international
organizations like UN, PRME, CEEMAN etc so it
can move ahead beyond discussions.

10. Alternate Education
• Education platform where people will learn what they love to do in life
and be where they heart follow and make them selves capable of earning
money from it.
• Looking forward to create platform where people can come take
certificate and/or degree courses through which they can follow your
heart, so what they study, what they do & their passion be in same line.
• Create platform where they grow, ask question, be curious, learn, share,
explore and DO.
• Its platform where we will teach people to be hopelessly optimistic and
believe in what they think and what they do. Platform will be ready to
give them push for what they wanted to do in life and be happy in real
sense.
• Purpose based education through which they can gain huge money,
personal mastery and work and study with autonomy.
• Live case study based education, where they do then learn and can teach
as well. It will be done online + with personal presence.
