A Crash Course on Creativity
Challenge Assumption #2 Marek Vanzura

As I said in the first part of this multiweek challenge, I am adressing problem of not getting enough
sleep due to hyperactivity of a brain. It means that the harder you want to sleep, the more active
your brain is. I guess everyone already met this problem. You go to bed, tired, and want to sleep as
soon as possible, but your mind wanders and you have to think about various things. And nothing
helps. My idea in backround of upcoming proposal of solutions is based on thought that the shift in
focus may help and the distraction of mind wandering must be aimed on some specific task which
starts to occupy mind and brain and consequently helps us to fall asleep.
