This document provides details of the canapes and dinner menu for a Chaine des Rotisseurs event held at the Bali Room on August 22, 2019. The canapes included vegetable croquettes, fish cakes, and beef and corn fritters. The multi-course dinner featured traditional starters from Betawi and Bali, fish soups from Sumatra and Solo-style steak, and a coconut dessert from Manado. Wine pairings for the dinner were also planned.
