Firstly, we would like apologize for using the term high humorous word according to
us “mental”. Hence, we kindly wish to inform all our chai lover, that the term
"mental” in the campaigns was not to offend the state of mind or hurt the
sentiments. The campaign was just to take precedence of the love for chai that we all
have in us as Indians. The term was conceptualized keeping in mind the obsession that
we have with tea and how we can go to any extent when talking about chai and to get
our favorite beverage perfectly made.
Nevertheless, Apologies never make you go low and we believe that our customers are
the ones we owe our self to. We know you love chai as much as we do and can go crazy
about it just like us. Chaayos has come up with the vision to fulfill the love for chai in
the most desired way and we hope to maintain our legacy throughout.
