This document contains information from the Central Ohio Women's Power Index for 2003-2007, which tracks women's representation in leadership roles in central Ohio across different sectors. The 2003 index showed that women made up 10.23% of corporate board seats in the region, up from 8.24% in 2002. Non-profit leadership had the highest female representation on the index. Subsequent years saw little overall change, with under-representation of women persisting in CEO roles in private and public companies as well as higher-paying executive positions.
