• Full thorough analysis of daily bookings generated from various market segments to identify pick
up pace, market trend and business opportunities
• Monitor and Review Daily Room Inventory Control for transient and group business including
Last Room Availability per category in order to formulate and execute daily effective price point
strategies
• Daily Rate Shopping Review against competitors in order to evaluate property’s market
positioning
• Control and evaluate Demand Forecast by Market Segment
• Identify business shortfall and market requirement in order to create relevant sales strategies
and business packages for further implementation
• Create complete manual reservation policy and procedure on how to manage daily booking
reservations, upselling program and techniques as well as guest satisfaction score
• Establish the setup of both one-way and two-way system connectivity between Channel
Manager and Property Management System
• Analyze and create Weekly Revenue Management Report for further business review with
relevant Department heads including Reservation, Sales and Operations
• Conduct Weekly Revenue Management Meeting with Director of Sales & Marketing, General
Manager and Property Owners
• Manage and Control eCommerce department in order to maximize property’s profitability
• Create policy on how to optimize Online Content and Visibility via contracted key third party
online partners
• Work closely with Corporate Department heads including Contracting, Marketing and
Distribution to further strengthen property’s brand awareness in the market
