This document describes a recipe suggestion tool called Celebrity Chef Recipe Suggester. It uses data science techniques to match users' ingredients to recipes created by celebrity chefs. The tool scrapes recipe data from Food Network and Yummly, stores it in MongoDB, and uses k-means clustering and Word2Vec models with cosine similarity to find recipes that best match a user's ingredients. A Flask app allows users to input ingredients and get suggested recipes that include the chef, course, difficulty, and timing. The tool could be expanded to return a top number of results, allow custom recipe corpora, or suggest future recipes based on items in a user's fridge.
