PACE: EXPERIENTIAL EDUCATION GOALS AND BENEFITS Personal Development and Leadership: Participants return to their schools and workplaces positively changed by their experiences having realized interpersonal and intrapersonal goals. Action and Adventure Sports: Participants discover sport and adventure activities in an individual and group environment. Activities account for all abilities and build-in a progression of skills so that each student is able to participate fully and safely. Community service and culture: Participants become involved in improving the environment and community we live in by working with rural schools and environmental projects. Environmental awareness and sustainability: Participants experience and learn about our natural world first-hand through interactive exploration, field studies, community 'greening' projects and other initiatives.
