To sort information we use two filters or questions...

Two Filters

1. Meaning Filter – “What does this mean?” (is it useful?)

2. Action Filter – “What should I do? (embrace it or reject it?)

                          a) To make things easy we transfer conscious
                             activity to our unconscious mind
                          b) Here we fail to learn from the feedback life

Every emotion we experience is a gift.

The gift is that emotion tells us when we are off purpose

For most of us we respond to emotion in 3 ways:

1. Wallow

2. Blame

3. Learn

Life becomes a process of reducing pain and
    increasing pleasure… Hence:
a) We move away from things we PERCEIVE
   as painful
b) We move towards things we PERCEIVE as
   pleasurable
