Kopitiam is a traditional Chinese
coffee shops. It is originally from
Southeast Asia.

Specialized in meals and
beverages. The word
“Kopitiam” came from different
languages as there are a
variety of races in Southeast
Asia.

The word “Kopi” means Coffee in Malay and “tiam”
means shop in Hokkien/Hakka. Although Kopitiam is a
traditional Chinese Coffee shop, but people from
different races also visit and enjoy their time in these
shops.
