The Castel Beranger is a six-story apartment building located in Paris, France that was built in 1898 and designed by architect Hector Guimard. It houses 36 unique apartments arranged around a central courtyard. The building features an asymmetrical facade made of different materials like brick, stone, iron and ceramics. Windows of varying shapes and sizes are used across the irregular elevations. Guimard's Art Nouveau design is expressed through curvilinear details like wrought iron grills, sea-horse figures, and organic motifs on railings, tiles, and columns.
