厂房，是高科技民营企业，中国铸造协会会员，并通过英国BTM公司ISO9001-2000质量
保证体系。主要提供先进的全硅溶胶生产工艺，具备年产1000吨精密铸件的生产能力，
其中80%出口到美国，德国，日本，西班牙等国，OEM 方式精密铸造，由实践经验丰富
的专业团队帮助客户优化铸件设计到精密加工，热处理，表面处理等全套解决方案，最大
程度为客户降低成本，实现产品增值，提高市场竞争力，获得最大利润。

City, Guangdong Province, founded in 2001 , with 12000
square meters factory is a high-tech private enterprise , a
member of China Foundry Association，and passed by British
BMT ISO9001-2000 quality assurance system. To provide
advanced silica sol lost wax casting process, OEM way, the
professional team with rich practical experience will help you
optimizing the whole solution for you from casting
designing ,casting procession to maching, heat treatment,
surface treatment and so on, to lower total processing costs or
achieve value-added products, help you improve market

5. 公司的铸件质量贯彻国际先进水平的标
准，铸件尺寸和形位公差按照美国精密铸
造协会ICI 标准或德国熔模铸造件尺寸公差
（标准号：VDGP690）；铸件材料可以按
照中国国家标准GB，美国ICI，ASTM，德
国DIN，日本JIS等铸造材料生产，目前已
开发生产材质30多种。
公司技术力量雄厚，员工整体素质较高，
倡导以人为本，讲求科学管理。公司现有
员工共120余人，其中管理层铸造本科生6
人，机加工本科生2人，3名最高层管理人
员均从事本行业20多年，具备丰富的技术
和管理经验。

maching undergraduate in the layer of

engaged in foundry for over 20 years
