The Four Agreements - Your Key to Personal FreedomMSCSA
Don Miguel Ruiz, author of the 4 agreements, describes this book as your key to personal freedom. In this workshop we will explore the 4 Agreements and reflect on how it works within your lives currently, and what you can be doing going forward to eliminate dark energy and build a more positive view of yourself and others. With these agreements integrated into your daily routine, you could completely transform your life and the lives of others around you.

Some Thoughts to Ponder – on Becoming a Better Student
This is a power point presentation, made on the occasion of a Seminar on Becoming a Better Student, at Avanthi PG College.
An attempt is made to draw the attention to the inspiring words of Thinkers – with a view to develop reflection, retrospection and respect for the wisdom – to cut across religion, geography, creed or any such disintegrating influences.
Please do spare some time, go through and I am sure, you will agree.
Introduction to The Four Agreements by Ruiz:
"Everything we do is based on agreements we have made - agreements with ourselves, with other people, with God, with life. But the most important agreements are the ones we make with ourselves. In these agreements we tell ourselves who we are, how to behave, what is possible, what is impossible. One single agreement is not such a problem, but we have many agreements that come from fear, deplete our energy and diminish our self-worth."
-Miguel Ruiz
Most of us define ourselves based on losses that have happened to us or mistakes we have made. We don’t know how to overcome these problems and change our perspective to create our lives for the better. Often, we don’t know what to do with those problems or our situation.
Shyness (also called diffidence) is the feeling of apprehension, lack of comfort, or awkwardness especially when a person is around other people. This commonly occurs in new situations or with unfamiliar people. Shyness can be a characteristic of people who have low self-esteem.
We’ve both experienced different variations of shyness, and through practice and increased awareness we have both overcome this. The following are tips that have helped us overcome this uncomfortable feeling.
Based on Kerry Patterson's model of handling Crucial Conversation, this presentation is focused.
In our work, relationships are the priority of life. Conversations help us care for our relationships with talking and listening. The quality of your life comes from the quality of your dialogues and conversations. Most conversations are easy. As humans we are natural relationship builders. But what about those times when the conversations aren’t so easy to have. That is where skills for handling Crucial Conversations come in.
How does the sending of missionaries and the equipping of the saints overlap? In this slide deck, we examine how the Father sends the Son sends the Spirit sends the Church, and how spiritual gifts are sent to the Church for the sake of advancing the Kingdom of God.
