Reporting is time consuming and information is rarely available in real time. Managers and co-workers heavily dependant on HR to undertake all administration and information management. Five key system changes were identified to remove the 20 most common paper based and manual processes. Exploring new software suppliers offered enhanced functionality and six digit cost savings while paying the same license fees.
