                        consultants


    Objective
    A satellite broadcaster into broadband and pay TV services entrusted Daemon to provide consulting services for
     integrating their CRM platform with their core Billing and OM platform including design, development and testing
     efforts

    Solution

    Daemon worked with multiple vendors & customer teams and ensured a successful integration of a Chordiant based
     CRM platform with their Arbor based billing systems
    Included additional reconciliation projects on the Arbor BP / OM, and IIP provisioning platform


Responsibility

    Package selection , design and Configuration, Integration, Development , Testing and Go Live Support
    Providing innovative solutions and implementing Daemon IP and best practices for System and UAT
    Provided Arbor expertise for the system and service providers on the project
    Testing and validation services as a third party expert on the Convergent Billing platform


     Result

    Improved customer services through better visibility from order to bill cycles for company and customer
    Greater product and pricing flexibility by limiting re work and new product sets
    Increased overall customer satisfaction and reduced maintenance and support costs
    Daemon acted as a partner and gatekeeper for the client and to ensure a smooth integration of the CRM operations

                       Fanatical emphasis on managing Telecom /Cable Service provider’s
                       solutions


    Objective
    Migrate and upgrade existing Billing and Revenue Management applications and integrate more than 100 integration
     points / processes and ensure seamless data flow into the BRM backbone
    Realign and Configure wholesale, business and residential plans and mmanage all BRM operational production systems


    Solution
    Daemon worked with multiple vendors & customer teams and ensured a successful migration and integrated more than
     a 100 points and processes to ensure a seamless flow of data into and out of the BRM system
    Development and integration on multiple technologies including Kenan FX 2.0 Jakarta Struts, Oracle, PL/SQL, Java /
     JSP / SQL / Perl, ASP.NET, ICSS and Clarify CRM
    Daemon deployed a Global Distributed Delivery model as migration and integration projects were run as two parallel
     teams working out of different locations with very close co-ordination from project and change management teams

Responsibility
    Migration,        Post-Migration      Support,     Go-live      Support, Configuration,   Development       of
     Utilities, Integration, Testing, PMO, API Development and Integration
    Providing innovative solutions and implementing Daemon IP and best practices as the prime service provider and
     continue to work as production support operation team.

     Result
    Daemon streamlined the complex requirements including multiple interfaces and simplified the BRM operations
     process thus reducing TCO through improved cycle times, automation, standardization and leverage
    One of the few upgrades to go-live with Kenan FX 2 with minimum post cut over issues .
    Daemon earned tremendous appreciation for the efforts and the Client handed over entire configuration requirements
     and production support activities to Daemon as a result

    Objective
    To migrate clients legacy billing system to Oracle BRM (Portal Billing system)
    Component and Unit testing of different modules to meet Interconnect and Service Provider Billing Concepts
    To create and configure the Pricing components such as Price Models, Rate Plans, Products, Deals, and Plans.


    Solution

 Daemon formed integral pars of the Interconnect and Roaming teams to help in the smooth transition to the new OBRM
  billing system
 Deployed an onsite-offshore model to manage costs

    Gap fit Analysis and Design of new version to meet business requirement
