22- year-old female patient
Chief Complaint:
Undesirable esthetic view caused by
pigmentation .
She works in an esthetic clinic so she cares
of herself very much.

4. Anamnesis and Clinical Examination:
 No systemic
problem,no smoking,
no drugs
 Clinically;
Pigmented
ephitelium generally
covering the buccal
side of the keratized
tissue

5. Melanin Pigmentation
The most common case
of pigmentation is
melanin
pigmentation.It is
encountered by
people who have
dark skin more
often .Cigarette is
one of the reasons
,too..
 The reoson of
melanin
pigmentation is
genetic.

 Radiolucency along the lamina dura
Acute Apical Abscess caused by caries!

First visit:
 Caries removed and devital pulp extirpated
for drainage
 Irrigated with serum solution.
 Working lenght 22mm.
 Invited after 3 days by us

upper lip border.
Three times a year!
Anamnesis;
 Hypertension

 Extraorally edema seen on the mouth
small ulcers at the upper lip border.
HERPES SIMPLEX-1
 Herpes viruses are located at nerve
pathways. Stress, fatigue, exhaustion
can cause to blow out blisters then
open painfull sores.

reduce the acute symtoms and shorten
healing time
 Recurrens will be decreased
 Topical agents effect the surface but
lasers explode that viruse deeply

DEEPITELIZASYON
56- year- old female patient
Anamnes : None specific problems
Chief complaint ;She wants only crown
restoration. No esthetic smile cause of
maxillar central teeth. Gummy smile with
diestema between centrals

55. Clinic Examination:
 Chronic periodontitis with 5-6mm pocket
depth.
 Calculus debris found but no bleeding seen.
 Posterior teeth extracted at early stage of
life ,so anterior teeth moved backward and
caused general diestema.
Treatment Plan:
Curon preperation and clasical gingivectomy
planned because our patient wanted her
threatment to be very economical.

 Pocket depth examined to localize the border
of the surgery.
 Started gingivectomy at right maxilla anterior
gingiva
 Then, decided laser for gingivectomy other
side
 Diod laser used for ginvectomy

epithelium thickness and for coagulation.
