The patient presented with bilateral red eyes with chronic discharge from both eyes and a history of chalazion surgery. We did necessary investigations and treated him with topical fortified ceftazidime and systemic antibiotics. But later similar presentations were seen. We again did all the available and necessary investigations yet nothing significant was found. As our country is an endemic zone for TB we started empirical anti TB drugs. The rest is on the presentation.

Our case this week (Nov. 5th, 2017) was 19 year old male presenting with fever, weight loss and cough for a prolonged duration. By means of proper history taking, physical evaluation and clinical investigation we have tried to adequately manage the case and it was presented before an audience comprising of clinical students to professors at our institute.

Mass over Right lower eyelid since 3 months
3. History Of Present Illness :
Patient was apparently alright 3 months back when he noticed
swelling over right lower eyelid margin which was painless,
gradually increasing in size.
Patient took treatment from a private hospital, details of which
are unclear.
During the treatment, there was trauma to right eye by a glass
particle which induced bleeding from the mass, followed by
ulceration and Scab formation

Inspection:
Approx. 1.5cm x 1.5cm in size, oval, smooth, sessile, slightly pinkish
in colour at middle 1/3rd of lower lid margin with dilated blood vessels
on the surface with healing ulcer on the lateral aspect of the mass.
No oozing or discharge.
Mass is causing mechanical ectropion of lower lid.
