• Name of the Company/ Organization and if required.
• Name of the company/ organization may be disguised.
• The total number of words should not be more than 10.

17. Opening Paragraph
It should reflect:
• The nature of the problem, the issue or situation;
• The key decision maker (s);
• The main protagonist;
• A brief about the cause of the problem; and the organizational context.
• This section should be completed within 250 words.

18. The Company/Organization History
• Includes background and historical development or the organization with
specific timeline.
• Profile of the protagonist,
• The key decision-‐maker(s) and
• Other important players who can influence the decision.
• Within 500 words.

• Description of the entire story.
