Case management sets a timeline for a lawsuit's predetermined events, while court management administers court resources and personnel to arrive at judgments efficiently. Elements of good court management include setting goals, devising procedures, coordination, motivation, budgeting, and accountability. The scope of court management covers strategic and client-focused areas as well as caseload, quality, and
