  1. With small steps, tackle one problem at a time, one day at a time. Focus on what you can control, rather than on what you can’t. Evaluate your job demands & focus your energy on what is most achievable. Celebrate your small successes, those of your colleagues, and those of your students.
  2. Be flexible; learn something new, try something different, seize a new opportunity. Ask for help when you need it - from a trusted colleague or a supervisor. Share your expertise, implement a new program, try a new technique. Exercise; eat properly; get enough rest; limit the use of alcohol & caffeine. Use your time at home to relax, nurture yourself, & enjoy your family & friends.
