• 9am : Best for planning AND creative thinking
• 11am: Great for meetings
• 1pm: Best time for lunch
• 2pm: Go for a walk OR Take a NASA nap
• 3pm: Best for repetitive tasks
• 5pm: Physical reaction time
Right food to help brain - Brain foods
E.g.: Fish-Omega3 fatty acids
Avoid bad foods
Set a clear goal
Chunk up your day
Become aware of your cycle and fine tune your time chunks
Avoid interruptions and “switching time”
