2.  The Caribbean Association of Real Estate Professionals is a non-
profit trade association founded in 2014. Members in this association
include real estate agents, brokers, mortgage professionals, and
settlement service providers. CAREP’s mission is to advance
collaboration among real estate professional throughout the
Caribbean and Latin America, while acknowledging our similarities
and Diversity. We will strive to Educate and empower real estate
professionals who serve home buyers and sellers, advocating for
policy that supports the organization’s mission and facilitate
relationships between industry Leaders and housing professionals.
CAREP is focused on Ending Fragmented Real Estate Practices in
the Caribbean and Latin American Region and advancing
sustainable homeownership in the Caribbean and Latin American
Region.

3.  This Association was created with a the goal of bringing
together real estate agents and brokers from all across the
Caribbean and Latin America fostering a collaborative
environment and ending fragmented Real estate practices in
real estate industry throughout the region. We are confident that
we will achieve this goal and are on a mission to reach the
thousands of agents and brokers from all across this region one
broker at a time, highlighting the benefit of Collaborating with
each other in a mutually beneficial relationship. We are hoping
through our efforts that thousand of agents and Broker will be
encouraged to join this movement that will forever shape the
Real Estate Professionals in the Real Estate Industry of the
Caribbean and Latin American Region.

4.  This organization was founded by trailblazing Real estate Broker and
entrepreneur Dr. h.c. Karis Munroe. Dr. Karis is the founder of
Fabulous Homes International one of the fastest growing real estate
companies positioned in more than 33 territories in the Caribbean
and Latin America. She and her team have sold more than 2500
Hundred properties over the last ten years in the United States the
Caribbean and Latin America, and have extensive knowledge of the
trends in the global real estate market. . Dr. h.c. Karis Munroe shares
her knowledge and expertise with aspiring broker, agents,
entrepreneurs, single mothers and every person who wants to build
a solid financial future through real estate. She also teaches women
how they can find a winning balance between a successful career
and strong family life.

5.  Traveling extensively throughout the Caribbean marketing and
selling properties, Dr h.c Munroe personally experience how the
exigency of collaboration and a fragmented real estate market can
influence a brokerage bottom line, and thereby embarked on a
mission to end this practice not only as a benefit to her firm, but also
as a major benefit for All real estate companies scattered across the
region. The real estate consumer in this region and abroad lacks
trust and confidence in the Real estate professionals in this region. In
order for this profession to be revered, as it should, each real estate
professional should be held accountable for their fiduciary
responsibility to the consumer thereby restoring confidence in this
industry

6.  C.A.R.E.P goal is to help preserve and promote Excellence, Integrity,
and Professionalism as a real estate professional in the real estate
industry throughout the Caribbean and Latin America. As a member
of C.A.R.E.P, you have direct access to products, services, and
professional opportunities available to you at no cost, or offered at
special member prices. Other benefits include essential transactional
tools and education resources. Member benefits will help you
position yourself as the essential real estate resource for your
clients. Become involved in shaping your future and the future of the

The Association will be Launching the Caribbean and Latin America
First Comprehensive Multiple Listing(MLS) system

7.  due to launch late Summer of 2015, which will be a state of the Art
Multiple Listing system with a comprehensive search engine and
web application accessible to all Agents and Broker ,throughout
the Caribbean and Latin American region. Our main goal for
developing this Web Application and Search engine is to “Unite the
Caribbean and Latin America real estate professional, by
connecting the real Estate industry” and fulfilling individual
financial dreams of Broker and Agents. We will be providing
participating agents and brokers with fast and reliable access to
information services and resource that make our property market
function effectively and efficiently for both buyers and seller and
provide superior technology, service and training to facilitate the
success of our members.

8.  We will be electing 2 New members to our Advisory Board of Directors for
Each Territory in the Caribbean and Latin America and 30 Volunteers for our
event, CAREP FIRST REAL ESTATE CONVENTION & CARIBBEAN
REAL ESTATE EXPLOSION 2015/CELEBRATING THE TOP 200 REAL
ESTATE PROFESSIONAL & ‘RAIN MAKERS’ IN THE REAL ESTATE
INDUSTRY OF THE CARIBBEAN & LATIN AMERICA August 30 & 31,
2015 in Atlanta Georgia.
 We are looking for board members who believe in our mission and are
willing to be active in their governance roles. Board member must be
Exemplary individuals, who have a passion and commitment to see
changes in the Real Estate industry of the Caribbean and Latin America,
preferably with a real estate background. Our volunteers will assist in key
areas of production, publicity, marketing, research, food, registration, event
development and so much more! We cannot do it without your help and
support.
