the workplace
It is hard to understand how someone is able to influence seemingly normal people to kill
other human beings and be alright with it. A murderer is a person with power. Because of
that, his power is negative and he uses that power to take control of people.
People claim positions and in company some people think they should do only what is told
of them and not go the extra limit to make their job worth it. Any task an employee is asked
to do — as long as it isn’t unethical, immoral, or illegal — is a task an employee should be willing
to do. Of course great employees notice problems and jump in without being asked.
People use their power to lead obtaining information so they can tell you what to do when the time comes. A leader obtains the information
they have power because they know some type of knowledge that other people don’t know and that information can make or break a person.
You ask questions, questions give you answers and answers give you power. Knowing what someone doesn’t gives you an extra…
People see president Donald Trump’s power as negative. Because he has the most power around the world being the president. Trump uses
his power to aggravate people in the form of starting a war. He uses Twitter to talk about people and with that builds up his power because he
has people around who also agree and people who don’t.

proper communication. Companies want people

power into it. The first categories is known as the formal. In the
formal category, there is coercive, reward, and legitimate. Coercive
power have to deceiving and threatening them into doing as what
you say. Reward power is when someone gives a type of incentive
to those who finish a task. When you already have a position that
entitles powers, it is called legitimate power. Now the second
categories is called personal power. Within this category there is
expert and referent. Expert power comes from those who have
knowledge that others do not know. Then there is referent power is
gained by those who give their trust and respect to the person
11. There are different attributes that one should have to be a successful leader. To
start off with, they should be willing to interact with people and take responsibility
for the actions and decisions of a group. A leader should be able to motivate their
group into doing their very best and be able to understand how to support those
and their peers to help them. In order to get anything done, the group must have the
skill to accomplish the task and have the willpower to finish the task. The most
important part of being a leader to people is have the power over those and being
able to communicate with those who will be helping them.
