The Value of advisors advice 1 minute Here is some analysis to drive home the value that a financial advisor brings to the table. This is an analysis which was completed by Ipsos Reid in 2010, which actually measures average investable assets per household, based on the age of the head of the household. As you can see here with people under 45 years of age - the blue bar measures the investable assets of those with an advisor, while the orange bar measures those households without an advisor. The households that received advice had 3.2 times the amount of investable assets. In fact, as you can see, in all cases those with advice, regardless of age, had a multiple of investable assets compared to those without advice. The ability to reach your personal income goals is yours, but the path to get there is laid out for you We work on a variable-income system. You are paid commission for your new business and a residual income for the amount of assets you manage. As a new Consultant, you can earn performance bonuses, including enhanced commissions. $2000 Appointment bonus $1000 bonus payment upon completion of FDP1 & FDP2 (if completed within 90 days) $1000 potential practice credit productivity bonus (at 6 months) Up to $3000 to producing 250,000 NBC in the first 90 days $500 LLQP credit (if completed within 6 months of appointment date or reimbursed after FDP if Consultant previously held) Consultants in first three years receive extra commission credit on all product sales (50% first year, if Consultant qualifies for self finance program otherwise 40%, 30% second year, 10% third year to a maximum credit of $25,000 per year) All new Consultants within their first 24 months will be maintained at a higher insurance bonus rate schedule As you attain higher achievement levels in the company, we recognize your time, effort and dedication, and reward you for your long-term relationships with clients.
