My name is Mallery J. Stone-Fisk. I am a wife, a mother, a student, an educator… a
leader. I was raised by my grandparents in a small town in Susquehanna County,
Pennsylvania. I enjoyed and excelled in school; earning a spot in the National
Honor Society, Student Council, and as Class President. I have attended
Lackawanna Community College, Wilkes University, and Keystone College,
pursuring majors in English, Education, Business, and Human Resource
Management. I maintain a GPA of 3.9 and am on the Dean’s List. I currently work
for a very busy dental office, in which I have been employed for 5 years. I
thoroughly enjoy finding opportunities to volunteer in my community, as well as
encouraging my family to do the same. When I put my mind and heart into
something, I am fiercely determined. I take pleasure in motivating those around
me to embrace an outlook of continual learning. I have an extremely hardworking
                          husband and three busy sons.

                                  Life is Good!
My personal mission statement is rooted deeply in perseverance,
being proactive, and respectful. I strongly believe my purpose
was predetermined and is unchanging. When I begin to analyze
the reasons for my existence, first and foremost I believe I exist
to enhance the world I live in through my own actions, as well as
raising children that will live a respectable life. I was raised to
believe that being respected was of the utmost importance. I still
believe this and strive to live a life that would be viewed as
honest and admirable. The greatest role I play within my life is
that of an educator and guide. I take this very seriously and
therefore how people view me weighs heavily on my mind.

“… A personal code of ethics should help guide one throughout life and its many
decisions. It helps us to examine our expectations of ourselves and our actions. To
develop my personal code of ethics, I will examine the personal values that I view
as most important and explain the reasons why I hold these values paramount.
My personal mission will serve to explain the purposes I serve and the role I play
in the world, everyday. To further explore how my values and ethics have shaped
the person I am and will continue to influence my persona, I have developed my
personal vision. In order to fully understand my own goals and how to stay the
course of an ethical way of life, my personal ethical goals and objectives will be
outlined and clarified. I have chosen a decision-making model that fits my ideals
and can assist me in life. Last, my personal code of ethics paper will examine my
own personal social responsibility. My social responsibility is of paramount
importance to me. My personal code of ethics should be viewed as a
comprehensive way of life rather than a statement.
Our core values are those which determine what is really important to us as
individuals. There are seven values which I consider important and integral to my
existence. They are accountability, commitment, empowerment, integrity,
ownership, passion, and respect. Some of these values are almost inherent to me,
while others take more work to integrate into my life. The values that I hold most
important are ones that I will not compromise on, for any person or organization.
They are also what I hold most important to instill in my children. “
Proud Mother of Three Boys…
   Always a Multi-Tasker!
If you cannot put your heart into it, take yourself out of it.
