7. Marketing Skills A, B, and C are communications with already enrolled families. They were already running initiatives. D was my initiative to have a general flyer that could emphasize our centers at small events. My team helped create it and it has since been very successful in attracting new families
8. Organizational Skills This is a count of where the inquiries come from and then tallies the percentages of each source This counts where families has heard of Language Stars. It then tallies the percentage from each category This counts the results from each inquiry This is a spreadsheet that I created in Excel to keep track of where inquiries are coming from and how those inquiries are followed up with. It has been helpful in determining new marketing opportunities
9. Communication Skills This email was sent in regards to the communication on the right. I sent the flyers that I created to an event at Lambs Farm and have been able to continue communication with Jackie Rachev so that Language Stars can continue to be part of Lambs Farm’s future events.
