Career guidance refers to services and activities intended to assist individuals of any age to make educational, training, and occupational choices and manage their careers. These services are usually found in schools, universities, colleges, training institutions, public employment services, and private sectors, and can include individual inventory, testing, counseling, placement, follow-up, and group guidance.
