What Is Makeup?
Makeup is basically cosmetics such as lipstick or
powder applied to the face, used to enhance or
alter the appearance.
Methods Of Application
Start with a clean slate! Make sure your face is fresh and
moisturized before putting any product on it. Then, apply
primer with your fingers to ensure your makeup lasts all
day. Step 2: Using a duo fiber brush (the kind with white
tips!), apply foundation all over the skin and blend it onto
the neck.
Keeping Clean
Gently massage the tips of the bristles in your palm.
Squeeze out the excess moisture with a clean towel. Let
the brush dry with its bristles hanging off the edge of a
counter, thereby allowing it to dry in the correct shape.
Never let your brushes dry on a towel — the bristles can
become mildewed.
Step By Step
- Wash your face
- Apply moisturizer
- Apply primer to lock in the moisture
- You should apply concealer before and after foundation,
to make sure you get that full coverage
- There's different steps you can do next but I suggest to
apply your foundation next so it has time to soak in and
set
- After the foundation, apply the other coat of concealer
on top for the full coverage
Step By Step Pt.2
- Next apply translucent powder under the eyes on the
jawline, on the nose and under the jawline
- Fill in those brows
- Next is the eye makeup
- After that you can use a fluffy brush to wipe away the
translucent powder
- After that set your face with setting spray
Your done!
A Little Can Go A Long Way
If you think you’ve applied too much of something, most likely
you did. A product that people tend to over use is blush and
highlighter especially if they cant tell if they’ve put enough or not.
Those too are pretty tricky. Most people apply a little of
everything but when they walk out into the light, it was more than
they excepted. Like I said a little can go a long way
Paying For The Right Price
I've learned this from experience not all good makeup
products are the most expensive ones. The cheap ones
can even work better than those high priced makeup
products. You should always try out the product before
buying them. ( nearly spend $60 on a foundation when
there was one from the drugstore that was good as that
$60 one that was only $7)
