Care Highway International was founded in 1997 by Christopher Morrison in memory of his brother who died performing humanitarian work in Bosnia. Morrison has a background in humanitarian aid and international development, having worked for over 20 years with refugees and NGOs around the world. Care Highway is a non-profit organization that provides assistance to people suffering from disasters caused by human conflict or natural causes. Some of its projects include building a children's home in Kenya, running a school in the Kibera slum in Nairobi, and providing aid to orphanages, refugees, and vulnerable groups in locations like Mexico, Serbia, and Kenya.
3. Care Highway International CHRISTOPHER MORRISON, founder of Care Highway International, was born and educated in England. He attended the University of London, Greenwich campus, where he earned a teaching degree in education. Chris has a Master’s degree in peace and development. He has worked in humanitarian aid and international development for nearly 20 years. One of his first experiences was helping to repatriate refugees in the former Yugoslavia as an undergraduate student. After completing his education, he worked for several NGOs during all the Bosnian wars. Eventually, his humanitarian work took him to India, South Africa, Sweden, Central America, Mexico, and Serbia. In 1997, he founded Care Highway in memory of his brother who died while performing humanitarian work in Bosnia.
