This document describes the technical features of Mandoo, an online marketing tool system. as with new ones through mailing of newsletters, commercial ads, competitions, etc.
Its features will allow you the use of a new series of pre-designed templates for your campaigns or a customized adjustment
of images, colours, contents and styles in emails for advertising campaigns. Thanks to the form designer, you will be able to
create fully customized forms which will suit your requirements at any time such as a request permission or the surveys
creation.
In the same way, you will be able to send messages automatically depending on each situation: birthdays, specific events and
also to customize with each client’s name. Mandoo have anylisis and statistics tools which will allow you to know the emails
opening rates you send and to know more in deep your clients characteristics due to a very precise segmentation. This will
make possible for you to take commercial or communication actions. You will know who opens your emails and who don’t,
the IP geolocation, in which links people click and other information included in forms.
As well, you will control the income volume of any email you send being possible to check who has bought a product, integra-
te your information with Google Analytics and generate interactive graphics from collected data.
All your emails will use a sofisticated process to detect and avoid SPAM. Your campaigns will be totally verified with SPF and
DomainKeys systems avoiding SPAM and keeping spammers far from you. ANTI-SPAM politics will make possible to delete
dormant and incorrect accounts, to detect emails marked as spam just deleting the user in order to avoid being blocked by
ISP’s.
With Mandoo, the communication flow will increase and thanks to the full integration of this email management tool in social
media (Facebook, Twitter, Wordpress) you will be able to interact fluently with your consumers. Also, letting check RSS you
will be able to spread frequently updated information to subscribers.
