This three-day workshop organized by Oxlajuj B'atz' in Panajachel, Guatemala trained female artisans on production processes and quality. Over the course of the workshop, the women learned about different markets and how to analyze their products using strategic frameworks. They also defined their mission and vision with a focus on social responsibility. The artisans learned to establish product lines, implement quality and inventory systems, and remodeled their store exhibit. By applying their new knowledge around coding, ticketing and inventory registration, the women hung products in the store that met quality standards by the workshop's end.

1. Training for Female Artisans on the

Each one of the groups of female articsans analyzed their products. The best products were
represented as if they were stars. The milk cows generated quite a bit of money, the dogs
represented the prodcuts that didn’t sell well in the market and were of low quality. Those
that were unknown the women decided to improve or eliminate them from the market.
