My School
• Blossom Park P.S. was my school in Ottawa. There were 380 students and 40
teachers.
• Reading and maths are very important.
• Children are very respectful and silence (they raise their hands to talk and they
wait for their turn).
• They don’t use text book.
Canadian Athemn
At the beginning of the lesson, they
sing the Canadian Athemn. Everybody
stands in silence.
As Aulas
Kindergarden
classroom
They have got a
digital board, a
computer, some
ipads for children
and a phone to
communicate.
School starts at 8:30 and finishes
at 15:00.
They have got two nutrition breaks
and two recess.
They study French for 40 minutes
everyday.
Maths Language
There isn’t a P.E. teacher. The main
teacher play games with the
children (safe games always with
protections).
Gym is used for meetings and
festivals.
