This document outlines a publicity campaign in Singapore to engage youth for the 2010 Youth Olympic Games through sports and arts events. The campaign's key elements include a CAN! Arts festival, CAN! Pledge campaign where youth create visual pledges, and a CAN! Create event. The campaign aims to build awareness, excitement and proactive youth engagement through existing community programs, a website, viral video, magazines and street promotions. Evaluation found over 7 million impressions and increased understanding and resonance with youth.
