Integrated Digital Plant Model
CADISON is a modular CAE solution that can be easily configured for specific scenarios.
Thanks to the solution’s use of integrated databases, all project data is automatically and in-
stantaneously available in its entirety within the various application domains such as P&IDs, 3D
piping planning, isometric drawing generation, automatic report generation and so on.
CADISON Project-Engineer: This tool allows multiple users
to work on the same project concurrently. This means that you
can design and perform all the calculations for a project using
a kind of data object building method without the need of CAD. You
can then do the detail work in stages during the next steps. We call this
conceptual engineering.
CADISON Project-Navigator: This tool provides
views of project data within a global enterprise net-
work and is extremely well suited for plant operation
and maintenance processes. For example, you can in-
stantly see which distribution field is responsible for a plant’s
power supply and which plant elements are affected by a
breakdown.
CADISON P&ID-Designer: This tool allows project
planning processes and diagrams to be merged
seamlessly in such a way that all project related data
is dynamically available to users. This in turn allows all
project preliminary planning to be integrated with basic and

CADISON Maintenance: This tool is designed to provide an
ideal lifecycle management solution for plant operations and
maintenance which can be used as a standalone add-on mo-
dule for technicians and fitters. The tool is also ideal for auto-
matically generating maintenance lists and reports.
CADISON Steel: Allows for rapid and simple 3D modeling of
structural steel designs using a variety of delivered component
libraries such as sections, staircases and banisters. The module
also includes facilities for 2D drawing generation.
CADISON Material Designer: Allows for extremely rapid generation of
component and pipe category data (e.g. DIN, ASME, PAS). The tool also
allows for transparent documentation and visualization of component and
pipe category data for plant builders and operators.
CADISON Navisworks: This is a high performance 3D viewer whose compatibility with va-
rious graphic formats, photo-realistic visualizations, online collision checks, and 4D design
simulations are aimed to help all project stakeholders avoid errors and save time.
